Processing time 

Processing time refers to the time it takes to prepare your order for shipping. After your order is processed, here at C & H we endeavour to pack and post your order as soon as possible. If there is any delays, we will contact you.

Shipment

We endeavour to get your purchase to you as soon as possible. Delivery times are estimates and commence the date of shipment, rather than the date of your order. Estimated arrival dates are not guaranteed, package delivery is subject to Australia Post once posted from Cracker & Hide.

Shipping costs:

Flat rate shipping cost $9

Tracking

Cracker & Hide aims to provide visibility and transparency throughout the shipment process. Once your order is confirmed and shipped, you will receive a link to track your package.

Damages & Returns 

Our Aim at Cracker & Hide is to ensure your package arrives undamaged. Unfortunately, how a package arrives from Australia post to you is out of our control. In the case your package arrives damaged please email crackerandhide@outlook.com within 5 days of delivery with a photo of the damages to organise a replacement.

Store your C&H jewellery in a padded bag or box to prevent damages. Keep your earrings dry and away from water. Clean with a soft cloth and do not use chemicals on them.
